Throughout your customer experience, you will be kept informed about our performance against Service Level Agreements (SLA). We will work together to identify areas for improvement and suggest ways to enhance the performance of your IT infrastructure. Should additional support be needed for the service management of your contract, your requirements will be escalated accordingly.
