Our vision is to be the most trusted, customer-centric data centre operator.

We place our customers at the heart of everything we do. We endeavour to take a customer-led approach at every stage of the delivery process from design and build, right through to operation and post-service management. Each step is intended to offer a seamless customer experience, no matter what facility or region our customers are in.

Demonstrating customer-centricity

To  deliver our vision, Colt DCS runs a Customer Experience Programme. A key priority of this program is to measure customer satisfaction levels via a customer survey. The survey results allow our customer service team to gain a complete view of the customer experience. We identify actions required to ensure continuous improvement, whilst tracking and monitoring how customers rate their experience.

The programme has seen year-on-year growth in its Net Promoter Score (NPS) generating record achievement in customer satisfaction levels with an NPS continuously reaching above 70.
