We are currently in the process of building the first phase of our Colt Tokyo Inzai 4 Data Centre.

This is the fourth of four sites built as part of our Colt Tokyo Inzai Data Centre Campus. The hyperscale data centre has been designed to a Colt tier 3 specification and on completion, will deliver 20MW of IT power across 8,747m2 of white space.

Developed to meet the city’s technological advancements, Colt Tokyo Inzai 4 Data Centre is a robust site for cloud and AI service providers looking for scalable capacity that can support high performance computing (HPC) and increasing IT workloads. This site is now fully sold ahead of its operational launch.

Key features of our Tokyo Inzai 4 Data Centre

With the entire data centre occupied with one global cloud service provider, our customer will benefit from the site’s location, as well as the flexibility and customisation when designing and building their required data centre solution. Some of the key features of the site include:

With 20MW of IT power across 8,747m2 of white space, our customer has confidence knowing the site has the capacity to fulfil their requirements.

Location

Being built in Chiba New Town, our customer will benefit from knowing that their data centre is in a low earthquake and tsunami risk zone, as the site is approximately 40 minutes from the city of Tokyo and 20km from the sea.

Connectivity

To support our customer's network requirements, this hyperscale data centre has been developed to ensure access to a high concentration of diverse fibre routes and the very best connectivity options.

Building Structure

Designed to the highest architectural standard and built as a base-isolation building, our customer feels safe knowing that any impact to the site caused by seismic activities will be minimised.

Operational Excellence

Our skilled and highly experienced operational team will work closely with our customer to ensure that their solution is built and delivered with the expected resiliency and performance required.
