Colt DCS have acquired land in the prime location of Sossenheim, and are currently in the process of building the first phase of our Colt Frankfurt Three Data Centre. 

Being the third of three German facilities within our global portfolio, this hyperscale facility has been designed to a Tier 3 specification. On completion, it will deliver 32.4MW of IT power across a gross site area of 12,599m2. 

Built to satisfy the growth of cloud technology and the recent surge in AI demand, our Colt Frankfurt Three Data Centre is the model site for cloud and AI service providers looking for scalable capacity that can support high performance computing (HPC) and increasing IT workloads.
